We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use NotePane on macOS devices that you own or control.

3. User Content

You retain all rights to the notes you create. NotePane does not claim ownership over any data you enter into the App.

4. Disclaimer

NotePane is provided "AS IS". We do not guarantee the App will be error-free or that your data will be permanently stored without risk. You are responsible for backing up your data.
